He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Vanden Brink Sr. and Elizabeth Mary Vanden Brink (Stachulak); his sister-in-law Judi Gillis-Oloff (Michael); and his sibling's children, Lori (Oloff), Bettencourt (Brian), Charlotte C. (Oloff), McLevy (Alan), Tara Marie Quinn, Edward L. Oloff III, Mark E. Oloff (Stephanie), John Gillis Sr., Richard G. Quinn III and John Gillis Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Marie Ellen Vanden Brink; his siblings, Frances Mancilla and Mark R. Vanden Brink; his siblings' children, Tracie Lee Viehweg (Tobin), Tara Elizabeth Viehweg, Jungels (Nathan), Kendall Leigh Swann, Sydney Elizabeth Swann, Michael H. Swann and Zachary Viehweg; his siblings-in-law, Edward L. Oloff Jr., Leonard F. Oloff, Norbert E. Oloff (Alison) and Eileen M. Quinn (Richard Jr.); Rev. Norbert E. Belliveau.
