He is survived by: his wife Pamela Residori; his children, Patricia Smith-Bell (Eric) and David Smith (Nurys); his grandchildren, Grace, Vivian and Andres; and his brother John Joseph Smith (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
