With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blanche Helen Dest of Hamden, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Dest; her parents, Pasquale Denegris and Mary Franco Denegris; and her siblings, Gaetano, James, Jenny Denegris, Palmie Eadevito and Angie Guglielmo.

She is survived by: her children, Vanna Dest of Hamden, John Dest of Hamden, Yorkie and Bunky; and also Tonya Miller. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and close friends.
