It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christy Ann Czekaj of Hamden, Connecticut, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Walter Czekaj; her children, Walter Czekaj, Dennis Quartermane, Abigail Carney, Elizabeth Czekaj, James, Thomas Scarpa and Keith Petrulis; her siblings, Kathleen Lamb, Shawn, Andrew, Brian, Stephen, Michael and Daniel Wilson; and her grandchildren, Sophia, Sibylla Carney, Catherine, Michael Stewart, Jose, Kiera Valdez, Isacc, Aiden, Mateo Fontanez, Maddox Scarpa and Nandi Burgess. She was also cherished by parent for many area children.
