He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey J. Stowe and Marjorie H. Stowe; and his brother Sumner H. Stowe. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jackson Stowe; his children, James W. Stowe of Derby, Michael N. Stowe of Woodbridge and Stacey Stowe of Manhattan; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Hamilton Stowe of Manhattan and Adam Jackson Stowe of Dallas.
