She was predeceased by: her former husband Walter J. Smith; and her parents, A. G. Driggers and Helen Driggers. She is survived by: her husband Walt; her friends, Gloria and Dottie; her grandson Glenn; her children, Sharon Gendreau (Ronnie) of Elgin, SC, Kevin Smith (Ann) of Middletown, CT, Tom Smith (Val Wiseman) of Avon, CT, Jim Smith (Sue) of Trumbull, CT, Stephen Smith of Hamden, CT and Dan Smith (Sarah) of Hamden, CT; her sister Jean Williams of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Ryan Gendreau (Stephen Gould), Kelly Zetzer (Adam), Erin Roberts (Will), Melissa Marzuk (Patrick), Kim Young (Ryan), Michael Smith (Tyrone Hanley), Sean Smith, Jack Smith, Lily Higgins (Jordan), Lizzie Smith, Kerry Smith, Tim Smith and Maddie Smith; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Caroline Roberts, Emme and Charlie Zetzer.

Masks and social distancing will be required at both the funeral home and church.
