He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Toles and Cliffert Marie Toles (King); his wife Annie L. Toles (Woodard); his sons, David E. and Michael D. Toles; and his brothers, Joseph Harrison, Kenneth and Charles Moses Toles.
He is survived by: his children, Ann, Tanya, Peggy, Randy and Henry E. Toles; his sister Mary F. Collins (Clarence); and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Aria, Tasia, DeNadia, Tenisha, David, Jason and Chaz. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
