With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. McLaurin Sr. (Hamden, Connecticut), who passed away on November 17, 2020 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mclaurin and Mary Mclaurin; and his sister Shirley Blue. He is survived by: his grandson Jhalynn Mclaurin; his children, Anthony, Derrick Hoover, John D. Mclaurin Jr. and Shalynn McLaurin of New Haven; and his brother Henry Mclaurin of New Haven, CT.. He is also survived by his children- grandchildren, great-grandchildren a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews & great- nephews, cousins as well as multitude of friends.
