He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Eramo Fazzone; his children, Lawrence W. Fazzone III (Laura) and Laura McKay (late Edward); and his granddaughters, Brianna McKay (Justin Marioni) and Chelsea McKay (Andrew Pugliese). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
