He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harrington Looney; his daughters, Joan Marie Meehan and Patricia Looney (Jeff Schwiebert); his grandchildren, Shamus, Kayleigh, Sean and Keira Meehan; and his sisters, Eileen Healy and Kathleen McAteer.
