Muriel Cox Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Cox of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Rodriguez and Herminia Wood; her husband George Edwin Cox; her daughter Lizanne Cox; her son-in-law David Gibson; her daughter Mary Cox; her grandchildren, Nate Gibson, Molly Gibson, Jonathan Mohan (Ashley), James Paul Ivey (Claire) and Casey Ivey; and her great grandchildren, Caiden, Jack Warner, Kaylee and Landen.
A funeral service for family will be held at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery in Derby, and a celebration of Muriel's life will be held when COVID restrictions have passed and friends and family can gather safely.
