She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean A. Terlikowski O'Brien and Joseph M. O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Paul Krafcik of Stratford, Laura Haydon (Bill) of Madison and Annette Krafcik of Portland; her grandchildren, William, Griffin and Chloe Haydon; her sister Sheila Lee of Guilford; and her nephews, Kevin, Brian and Timothy Lee.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association. alz.org.
