Peter Chometa Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Chometa of Hamden, Connecticut, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Chometa and Olga Chometa (Zenruha). He is survived by: his wife Carol Chometa (Rubino); his sister Luba Copela (Peter); his children, Peter M. Chometa (Heather) and Jill Diedrick (Sam); his mother-in-law Doris Rubino; and his grandchildren, Trey Chometa, Samantha Diedrick, Riley Diedrick, Kai Chometa, Charlotte Diedrick, Gracie Chometa and Lily Diedrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family, and good friends.
