Ralph Velleca Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Velleca Jr. (Hamden, Connecticut), born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on March 14, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Velleca and Francesca D'Amato Velleca; his wife Rose Catone Velleca; and his sisters, Carmel Velleca, Amelia "Molly" DeRose, Elizabeth "Betty" Barese and Raffaela Velleca.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Larsen (Peter) of Williston, VT, Ralph Velleca III (Judith) of Andover, MA and Carole Velleca of Hamden; his grandsons, Nicholas and Gregory Velleca; and his sisters, Julia Nicefaro (Ralph) and Ann Geelan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews, and cousins.
