He is survived by: his sister Barbara Della Selva; his former wife Marlene Wadsworth; his daughter Lynette Forman (Bryan Forman Sr) of West Simsbury, CT; his grandchildren, Bryan Forman Jr. (Jenna) of Plainville, CT and Cameron Forman (Chrissy) of Bloomfield, CT; his daughters, Lilah Donna DellaSelva of Avon, CT and Kristine Mele (Ed Mele); his grandchildren, Allycia Besner, Tia Mele, Vincent Mele and Michael Mele (Ashley); his daughter Elizabeth DellaSelva-Martinez (Joshua Martinez); and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Martinez, Mikaela Martinez and Jacob Martinez.
