She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Jones, Jr.; her parents, James Wesley Jenkins, Sr. and Ruth Watson Jenkins; and her siblings, James Wesley Jenkins, Jr. and Evelyn Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie K. Jones and Kenneth T. Jones (Lauraline); her grandchildren, Corey O. Brown, Justin T., Jonathan M. Jones, Jennaya N., Neko T., Isaiah T. and Daniel C. Jones; her siblings, Donald Jenkins of Scottsdale, AZ, Ernestine Duell of Raleigh, NC, Jeane Jennings, Avon, Ruby J. Smith, Dorothy Martin of Hamden, Joyce Fountain of Elgin, IL and Rosa Edwards; and her sister-in-law Mae Francis Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A walk-through viewing will be held at the church from 9:00-11:00 A. M. Anyone attending the celebration of life, viewing or burial must adhere to all COVID-19 safety precautions.
