He is survived by: his sons, James Hopkins (Wendy Nylen) of Bridgeport, Anthony of East Haven, Brian Hopkins of East Haven and Joseph Hopkins (Dea) of Shelton; and his siblings, Elaine Vitale (Ralph) of Hudson, William Hopkins (Suzanne) of Hudson, Nancy Girasuolo (Robert) of West Haven and David Hopkins. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
