He was predeceased by: his parent Mary "Pat" Woods. He is survived by: his parent William C. Woods, Sr.; and his siblings, John, Marypat Maloney (John), William Woods, Jr. (Dani) of Madison and Peter Woods (Michelle) of Madison.
