He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur W. Farrell and Mary Corbett Farrell; his wife Earlene; his children, Salvatore DeLucia, Louis DeLucia, William Farrell Jr., James E. Farrell of Hamden, CT, Debra Hescht of Harrisville, WV and Philomena "Mia" DeLucia of Dayton Ohio; his brother James Farrell of Meriden, CT; his sister-in-law Patricia Taddei (Pat) of Branford, CT; his daughter Joan Farrell; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Farrell, Laurel Blauvelt and Roger Blauvelt. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and several nieces/nephews.
