He was predeceased by: his father William Francel McMillian; and his grandparents, Juanita, Willie Starks, Eddie Ruffin Sr., Sherri Ruffin and Joe Pue Sr. Jamar.

He is survived by: his mother Angela Ruffin of Hamden, CT; his daughter Madison Ava McMillian of New Haven; his adoptive daughter India Starks of Hamden; his siblings, Brionna Brown of Hamden and Mason Cherry of Hamden; his godchildren, Margaux, Maleah and Malacai; and also, Angel and Juwan.
