He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mayfield and Florence Mayfield (Kovoner); and his daughter Kathleen E. Mayfield-Thompson. He is survived by : his wife Suzanna Mayfield (Bairunas); his son Thomas J. Mayfield (Amanda); his son-in-law Jeffery Thompson; his nephew David Mayfield (Cherie); and his brother Arthur K. Mayfield (Pat).
