With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Ericson Gustafson in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 4, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul L. Gustafson; her parents, Fred Ericson and Julia Ericson; and her sisters, Astrid Addison, Dorothy Conners and Elizabeth Whinnem.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen (Richard Jahne) and Paula (Michael Pratt); her grandchildren, Erik Jahne, Stacy Vocasek, Robin, Nick Casioppo, Douglas and Colleen Pratt; and her great grandchildren, Preston, Pratt and Freja Casioppo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
The family is very appreciative of the care she received at both Hartford Hospital and Avery Heights as she battled Covid-19.
