He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Altavista (Perna). He is survived by: his father Salvatore D. Altavista; his brothers, Joel Altavista and Ronald Altavista (Lorraine); and his nieces, Kathy Muise (John) and Susan Kehoe (Ken).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:10 AM at the Hartford House (85 New Park Ave, Hartford, CT 06106). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Salette Hartford House Chapel (85 New Park Ave, Hartford, CT 06106). A burial was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (686 Washington St, Winchester, MA 01890).
