She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel O'Flaherty and Jenny O'Flaherty (Tozzi); her husband Gerald Michael Griffin, Jr.; and her brother Daniel O'Flaherty, Jr. of Pasco, WA.. She is survived by : her son Kris Kolaczenko of Vero Beach, Florida; and her sisters, Lucille Kuranski of San Gate and Diana Camilleri of East Hartford. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
