She was predeceased by: her husband Walter P. Anop; and her parents, Peter Labas and Alice Labas (Urda). She is survived by: her children, Peter Anop (Ann Marie) of Southington and Alicyn Pulcini (Joe) of Kensington; her grandchildren, Alicia, Timothy Anop, Andrew and Nicholas Pulcini; her brother Peter Labas (Gladys) of Higganum; and her sibling's children, Cheryl Labas of Newington, Robert Labas of Glastonbury, Cynthia Labas of New Britain and Amy Labas of New Britain.
In honor of Helen's dedication to teaching, donations in her memory that will be used to promote literacy, can be made to New Britain Public Schools Attn.
