We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Patricia C. Ebert of Kent, Connecticut, born in Newark, New Jersey. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Patricia C. Ebert to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Ebert and Margaret Ebert (Wiebe); and her sister Barbara McClintick. She is survived by : her children, Matthew Chapin (Gina) of Raleigh, NC and Christine Poklemba (Jeffrey) of Bethel, CT; and her grandchildren, Chloe, Andrew and James.

Due to COVID restrictions a private memorial service will be held at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Bridgewater, CT, Saturday June 5, 2021.

Contributions in Patti's memory may be made to the ALS Assoc.
