He was predeceased by : his parents, Kier Johnson and Daisy Johnson (Young); and his brother Edward Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Linda; his sister Michele Lynn Swain; and his children, Forrest Ray McCann, Emile Thomas Johnson II and Dawn Marie Celtruda. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
