It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Dingwell (Litchfield, Connecticut), born in Torrington, Connecticut, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Levi A. Anstett and Pauline C. Anstett (Curtiss). She is survived by : her husband Brian; her sons, Heath Dingwell (Robin) and Brandon Dingwell; her brothers, Richard Anstett (Ursula) and Gerald Anstett (Courtney); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Amber, Emma, Elizabeth, Tank and Lola. She is also survived by sisters, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Green Mountain Pug Rescue.
