It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lamont Bavin of Madison, Connecticut, born in Guilford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lillian Bavin Holden and William Hollis Bavin. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Wettemann Bavin (Dotty); his children, William Bavin (Robin) and Paulette Bavin Reynolds (Mark); his grandchildren, Poppy, Christian Reynolds (Cassie), Jessica Bavin Teft (Kyle), Ryan Reynolds and Jake Bavin; his great grandchild Sophia Grace Reynolds; his brother Douglas Bavin (June); and also, Bob (Grace), Kenny, Paul (Mary Ellen) and Ruth (Al). He is also survived by many relatives and countless friends.
Due to COVID a Private Mass of Christian burial for immediate family only will be celebrated at Saint Margaret's Church on Monday, May 10 at 11:00 am.
