She is survived by : her parents, Albert Smith and Katrina Smith (Walker); her daughter Abby Gay; her siblings, Al Smith (Deirdre) of Plymouth, MA and Pamela Carden (Todd) of Willimantic, CT; her grandmother Louise Walker of Syracuse, NY; her aunts, Karen Walker of Syracuse, NY and Claudia Govan; her uncle Greg Govan of Phoenix, AZ; her niece Brittany; her nephew Albert Smith; and her great-nephew Elijah Smith.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the John F Tierney Funeral Home (219 W Center St, Manchester, CT 06040). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rockville United Methodist Church (142 Grove St, Vernon, CT 06066). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the South Cemetery.
