It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille M. Battagler of Manchester, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Starace and Joan Starace (Birchall). She is survived by: her husband Tommy; her son Patrick (Melody) of Manchester; her siblings, Michael Starace (Patricia) of Newington and Joanne Starace of Wethersfield; and her close friends, Pat Martens of Vernon and Diane Bayek of Wethersfield. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
