It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Hazen (Mansfield Center, Connecticut), born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Hazen to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Hazen; her children, Nancy Hazen-Swann, Christie Hazen, Bill Hazen, Susie Sandall and Chuckie Hazen; and her great grandchildren, Lucy Greenswann and Kara Hamel.
