She was predeceased by : her parent Frederick Sahler; her husband John; and her brother Frederick "Skipper" Sahler. She is survived by : her parent Harriet J. Sahler (Colvin); her children, John C. Ayers III of South Grafton and Kathy Spencer (Richard) of Kensington; her sister Judith Trivits; her grandchildren, Matthew, Julia Rose, Hannah, Ainsley, Aiden and Alex; and her friend Ketevan Kuprashvili of Marlborough. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
