He is survived by: his wife Daisy Colón Méndez; his father Victor Méndez of Naguabo; his son Alberto Méndez, Jr. (Kimberly Williams) of Meriden; his granddaughter Analis Marín of Meriden; and his siblings, Leonida Seguí, Elba Dearce, Marisol González (Ely) of New Haven, Julie Apuzzo of Meriden, Orlando Méndez of Florida, Edwin Méndez (Magda) of Wallingford, Victor Méndez, Jr. and Elias Méndez (Enid) of New Haven. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
