She was predeceased by : her husband William J. Bass; her parents, Santo Fontanella and Annie Fontanella; and her siblings, Elsie St. Onge, Clara St. Onge, Forrest Fontanella and Edwin Fontanella.
She is survived by : her children, Nancy Ksiazek (John) of Prospect and Robert (Karen) of Hernando, FL; her grandchildren, Sara Wilhem (Bradley) and Adam Ksiazek (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Michael and Emma Wilhem.
