He is survived by: his parents, Jean Kicklighter and Charles Kicklighter of Fernandina Beach, FL.; his children, Morgan Kicklighter, Lance and Logan Kicklighter; his siblings, Kim Cardwell (Nick Cardwell) of Glastonbury, CT and Kevin Kicklighter (Sarah Harrington); his girlfriend Laura Urbanetti; and his girlfriend's child Delaney Ruiz.
