He is survived by: his wife Therese Herteux; his daughter Tania Eaton; his son-in-law Scott of Southington; his son Richard Herteux (Peter Rist) of Middlefield; his grandchildren, Spencer, Katerina and Jessica Eaton; his sisters, Anita Kretz and Elizabeth Hohlein; and his brother-in-law Fritz of Germany. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 3 nephews.
