She is survived by: her boyfriend Robert Ryan; her parents, Gene Pulk and Diane Pulk; her children, Lacie Kafka (Megan) and T. J. Kafka; her sisters, Tammy Pulk (Chris Eroh) and Stephanie Pulk (Vincent Mann); and her siblings' children, Alyssa, Jennifer Guiliano, Zachary Pulk and Christopher Visbal. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews and many friends.
