He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Germain and Loretta Germain; and his sister Joan Martowski. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Tamie Germain-Lis and Joe Germain (Veronica); his grandchildren, Breanna Craft, Ryan Lis and Destiny Germain; his great grandchildren, Alivia and Lilliana; and his sisters, Elaine Pfeiffer and Evelyn Herren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
