She is survived by: her husband Ramon Mendez; her children, Yara Mendez and Marcus Oquendo; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Oquendo; her grandchildren, Madison and Joshua Oquendo; and her brother Efrain Oquendo. She is also survived by many nieces; and nephews.
