He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Cardona and Bertila Rosa; and his siblings, Eugenio and Maria. He is survived by: his wife Santa Torres Cardona; his children, Rosa Cabrera (Steven), Rafael Cardona (Michelle) and Jaime Cardona (Shirley); his grandchildren, Kayla (Bobby), Julian (Julissa), Amanda, Christian (Michaela) and Nathanael (Antonio); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Zoey and Elena; and his siblings, Josephina, Irene, Benjamin, Eddie, Gumercindo, Adalberto, Enrique, Sonia, Marcelino, Roberto, Angelo, Dina, Manuel, Socorro, Elisa and Israel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
