She was predeceased by : her spouse Jean Paul Poulin; her parent Raymond Kroeber; and her brother-in-law Fred Augur. She is survived by : her parent Hazel Ives Mancini; her children, Paul G. Poulin of Methuen, MA, Anita Kirner (Richard) of Sherman, Gary Poulin (Cathy) of Meriden and Barry Poulin (Cate) of Meriden; her grandchildren, Amy Kirner, John Kirner, Andrew Poulin and Danielle Poulin; and her siblings, Wesley Mancini (Bob Scheer) and Judy Augur. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, and sister.

Phyllis was a true animal lover, often contributing donations for animal welfare.
