She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco Zavaglia of Meriden; her parents, Emanuele Medici and Caterina Cavalieri; her grandson Antonio Zavaglia Jr.; and her brothers, Francesco, Pietro and Giuseppe Medici.

She is survived by: her children, Carmela Zavaglia of Middletown and Antonio Zavaglia (Teresa) of Meriden; her grandchildren, Frank, Maria, Salvatore (Jackie) and Joseph Zavaglia; and her siblings, Antonio Medici and Maria Medici of Italy. She is also survived by her sister in laws, brother in laws and many nieces, nephews and friends.
