He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Kwolek and Valeria Kwolek (Rusczek); and his son John J. Kwolek. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kwolek (Decker); his daughter Ellen S. Kwolek of Meriden; and his grandson Ryan. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
