He was predeceased by : his parents, Alfred Edward and Sandra Burgett Foell; and his sister Laurie Fredrickson. He is survived by : his daughter Jenna Lahey-Foell (Barbie Poplin); and his siblings, Michael Foell, Elizabeth Foell, Deborah Foell, Melinda DuMond (Frank) and Beverly Butcher. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
