He was predeceased by: his parents, Franciscus T. Boshuyzen and Phyllis Boshuyzen (Lavin); and his daughter Melissa Rose Heagerty. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Boshuyzen (Rusate); his sons, Matthew Boshuyzen (Allison Bombard), Michael Boshuyzen (Megan) and Thomas Boshuyzen; his grandchildren, Mia and Oliver Boshuyzen; and his siblings, Sharon (Ralph Esempio), Phyllis (Michael Sullivan), Patricia (Clark Maynard), Barbara Meehan and Timothy (Renee Boshuyzen). He is also survived by His family will receive relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be sent to the Melanoma Program Fund at Smilow Cancer Hospital.
