He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sprague and Ann Quido Sprague. He is survived by: his wife Mila Kropelnicki Sprague of Meriden; his children, Brandon, Ryan and Wendell Sprague; his stepchildren, Justin, Elissa and Jordan Evanauskas; and his siblings, Karen Krygier, Cindy Guandalini and Brian Sprague. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
