He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Sr. Frey and Muriel Frey. He is survived by: his wife Janet Frey; and his sons, Julian Jordan Frey III (Paula), Tucker Frey (Marilyn) and Barclay Frey (Roya). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
