He was predeceased by: his wife Joan E. Low (Floody); and his parents, John David and Elizabeth Ann Low (Robertson). He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth J. Doyle (Kerry) of Middlebury, Deborah Waller (Scott) of Woodbury and Roy D. Low (JoLynn) of Sandy Hook. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
