He is survived by : his parents, Stanley Slomkowski and Mary Slomkowski (Bystrek); his wife Gerry; his son James Slomkowski of Meriden; his grandchildren, Dylan, Brett and Alicja Slomkowski; and his siblings, Theresa Manning of Boston, MA, Stanley Slomkowski of Middlefield and Thomas Slomkowski of Chaplin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
